By combining the rustic, peppery flavors of our farmhouse yeast strain with the complex dark fruit notes of roasted wheat and dark Belgian candi syrups, we’ve created an intricately delicate “Black Saison” that contains ornate notes of raisins, dark grape, and peppercorns. 6.0% ABV

This Golden Blonde Ale is clear, refreshing and crisp with our very own hand shredded lemon zest. We also add a special spice to help it’s smoothness. We jokingly call this the “Gateway” craft beer as we have converted “Light” beer drinkers to this beer every weekend. Great on the boat or on a hot summer day. ABV 4.8%

Named after the legendary woodland fairy who feeds of the blood of unicorns, this tart fruit beer combines loads of tart cherry and puckery lemon flavors, balanced out by a crisp, light wheat character. This refreshing wheat ale is made with the finest organic cherries and Fresh From Florida lemon juice. ABV 4.0%

Fort De Soto, the largest park within the Pinellas County Park System, consists of 1,136 acres made up of five interconnected islands. These keys are home to beach plants, mangroves, wetlands, palm hammocks, hardwoods and scores of native plants. The park is also home to more than 328 species of birds with new species being added every year. Between 1,000 A.D. and 1,500 A.D. Fort De Soto was inhabited by the Tocobaga Indians. On May 30, 1539 a well-known Spanish explorer, Hernando De Soto, landed on these shores. De Soto Low is a take on a new style that we dub, Micro IPA. Lower alcohol than both American IPAs and Session IPAs, our Micro IPA is only 2.3% ABV but is packed full of hop aroma, flavor, and bitterness. De Soto Low is brewed with generous amounts of Simcoe, Columbus, and Citra hops at 45 IBUs.

Created with crystal clear spring water that originates deep in the Okefenokee Swamp, Big Nose IPA is a mystical nectar brewed for hop lovers. Inhale the aroma and devour the flavor of Big Nose. Big Nose features massive amounts of late flavor hops, augmented with two dry hop additions to enhance the aromatics. 7.3% ABV IBU 56

The flavor mimics the aroma well with a slightly toasty malt character balancing out the hops. This brew has as lightly dry finishing that leaves you wanting another sip. 6.5% ABV

Oatmeal coffee stout. 6.0% ABV

Quiet and sensual like a moonlit night, this complex blend of toasted oats, roasted barley, chocolate wheat malt and dark roast coffee imparts an intense aroma and complex flavor profile. We brew a traditional English style oatmeal stout with a rich malt profile, then add locally roasted coffee while this ale is cold conditioned. 5.0% ABV

Last Snow Coconut & Coffee Porter is an ode to that special time in Florida where the needle dips just south of 75 - even for the briefest of moments. This rich, creamy porter is layered with coconut and freshly-roasted coffee for a taste that recalls a winter wonderland - even if, in our state, that's just a state of mind. 6.4% ABV 35 IBU
